7. Your Consent
7.1. Leo Productions will not, email, phone, SMS text or write to you in the future unless you have given us your consent to do so.
7.2. In the event it becomes possible to automatically order and receive products and/or services online, Leo Productions will need to collect such information as your name, address, delivery
address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This will allow you to pay for the items you have ordered and ensure that they are delivered to you
at the correct address. However, we will not retain such details any longer than necessary unless you choose to register with us as a regular customer.
7.3. Leo Productions will not, under any circumstances, sell, rent or trade information about you without your express permission.
7.4. As required by the UK Data
Protection Act 1998 we follow strict security procedures to ensure that stored information is not accessible by unauthorised persons. However, such an
assurance cannot be guaranteed 100 percent by any organisation, because if an individual is determined enough, there will always be a way to gain illegal
entry to electronic data storage facilities. In the event Leo Productions is a victim of such an attack however, you will of course be notified immediately

8. Checking Your Details
8.1. If you wish to verify the details Leo Productions has stored about you please email us. Our security procedures mean we will need proof of identity before
we reveal any information.
8.2. Acceptable proof of identity is the e-mail address and password submitted upon registration to any of Leo Productions' online services. However, Leo Productions reserves the right to ask any additional questions for security and verification purposes.
9. Licensing And Rights
9.1. When you the client, order any backing tracks from Leo Productions, either tracks from the catalogue or custom tracks, you are not in fact purchasing the track, but simply a licence to use it in certain ways which are clearly laid out in this section.
9.2. You the client, are bound by international copyright laws at all times, and may not, for any reason, copy, rent or sell the backing tracks licences you have purchased from us to a third party.
9.3. Due to the nature of this licence, we cannot exchange returned backing tracks for credit or an alternative product and/or service.
9.4. You may use the tracks you order from us in live performance situations only.
9.5. You may not use the tracks you order from us in the production of any recorded media intended for sale and distribution.
9.6. If you commission Leo Productions to create any original material for you, you must agree by way of written contract, either :
A. To pay Leo Productions a flat purchase-price which grants you a non-exclusive right to use our material only in the specific project for which it was intended forever,
B. To pay us a percentage of any profits you make as a result of any project using our material, giving you a non-exclusive right to use the commissioned material forever,
C. To pay us a flat purchase-price, and a percentage of any profits you make as a result of any projects using our material, giving you exclusive rights to the material forever.
9.7. If you the client, purchase products and/or services from Leo Productions which involve recording a special event on your behalf, you must agree that:
A. Leo Productions owns said recording forever,
B. Leo Productions will handle all subsequent duplications of the recording,
C. If Leo Productions becomes aware that you have attempted to have the recording duplicated by a third party, you will face prosecution to the fullest extent permissible under UK law.
10. Contentions
10.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason then that provision shall be deemed severable and
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
10.2. Leo Productions expressly reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this Website and/or
in any printed or recorded media distributed by the company now or in the future. It is your soul responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the
terms and conditions, privacy and code of practice policies that are current at the time you are purchasing products or services from us.

Custom Products And Services Policy
1. Cancellations And Your Liabilities
1.1. If you the client, purchases a customised product and/or service from Leo Productions, you enter into a non-cancelable contract with us, and will be liable to meet all costs in the event you breach this agreement in any way.
1.2. If you cancel your contract with us and you do so in a "Timely Fashion", Leo Productions may consider a compromise with respect to any outstanding charges but we reserve the right to ask for payment in full in such circumstances.
1.3. Leo Productions defines "Timely Fashion" as a date no more than half way through the "Provision of Service Period" as agreed by yourself and Leo Productions.
1.4. The "Provision of Service period" is defined as the period from when you agree to our Terms And Conditions by submitting your details to us, and the date you are due to take delivery of your products and/or services.
1.5. In the event you should cancel your contract with us, you will be liable for all expenses incurred by Leo Productions during the "Provision Of Service Period" up to that point regardless of what, if any, compromise is reached by you the client, and Leo Productions, and this is not negotiable under any circumstances.
1.6. Any dispensations agreed to by Leo Productions are offered entirely at our own discretion, and are not inforcible by UK law.
2. Refunds
2.1. If you elect to receive any Leo Productions products and/or services electronically, i.e. via an FTP transfer, you automatically forfeit any rights to a refund once you access the storage area where your digital files are stored on our servers for the first time by logging in with a user name and password provided to you.
2.2. If you elect to receive your products on CD, you will have a period of seven days in which to contact us and return the CD if it is faulty, or if we have sent you the wrong CD in error. In such circumstances, we will be happy to send out a replacement CD, but you will not be eligible for a refund or an alternative product, even if it is of the same value.
2.3. As samples of any or all of the tracks you commission can be made available for you to listen to on our Website, dissatisfaction with the quality of your purchase(s) will not be considered grounds for a refund.
2.4. In the unlikely event that Leo Productions is unable to complete all or part of your order, you will not be eligible for any charges accept for those relating to products and/or services you have already received. If you have made a payment but have not received your products and/or services from us, you must notify us immediately and we will look into the matter. If we are still unable to resolve the problem, you will be eligible for a full refund. If Leo Productions is able to prove that your products were dispatched to you in a timely fashion but they have subsequently gone missing in the post or between our servers and your computer, we will be happy to provide a replacement as soon as possible, but you will not be entitled to a refund or alternative products or services.
3. Provision Of Service Expenses
3.1. You the client, will be eligible for all expenses incurred by Leo Productions during the "Provision of Service Period" relating to your project, and these will be fully itemised for you on our official invoice.
3.2. The "Provision of Service period" is defined as the period from when you agree to our Terms And Conditions by submitting your details to us, and the date you are due to take delivery of your products and/or services.
3.3. Expenses may include any applicable licence fees, and physical media costs - CD, Mini-Disc, DAT tape etc.

Stock Items Policy

A. Details on how to download your files from our server,
B. A CD containing your backing tracks through the post.
1.2. In the event you should cancel your order with us, you will be liable for all expenses up to that point regardless of what, if any, compromise is reached by you the client, and Leo Productions, and this is not negotiable under any circumstances.
1.3. Expenses may include rendering of your selected tracks to the digital hard-copy media of your choice - CD, Mini-Disc or any other digital hard-copy media current at the time of your order.
